How is I2E different from other technology company’s processes?
One of the biggest differences is we give you earlier access to our technical resources than any other tech company. Have you ever invested your time and energy into a vendor before you got to meet/engage with the technical resources? It's a bit of a gamble. During our Technical Assurance Process (developing a Statement of Work) there could 5 to 7 unique resources, including delivery/project management that touch it before it even gets approved. What's different about our process is that every time a SoW is created, a team member from delivery views it so they are already in the know before the project hand off happens.
The dreaded project hand off. Everybody in IT knows that the project hand off has the biggest potential for issues. For example, at the start of the process, the account managers and presales engineers are exceptional, but then the kickoff with the project manager happens and there is a disconnect about what sales promised and presales said would be designed and delivered.
Our process includes someone from delivery at the very start, giving you earlier access to our technical resources. This not only gives us more time to create value for you, but you get to engage with your technologist to see if they are a good fit before you get too far down the path.

One of the unique aspects of how we are positioned to support our customers and the solutions we recommend is making sure our presales are not only experts at designing a solution to meet your business needs, but they are also required to have a certain number of hours in the field doing delivery.
This ensures they understand how the solutions they are designing will work in potential environments. They can also better anticipate challenges that might happen during the project delivery, making sure you get the outcomes you are expecting from the recommended solution.
We’ll never recommend tech for the sake of tech. Widgets don't solve problems. The right technology at the right time does. It's always our goal to deliver an IT solution that best solves your business challenges. In order to do that, you need a team that also understands those challenges. All of our presales and a large percent of delivery have at one time been in your shoes as an IT customer or have worked for one of our highly vetted technology partners.
