What phone systems can IE Manage?
IE Manages Cisco on premise and off premise phone systems. This includes Unified Communications Manager and Webex. IE also supports applications that support both call control products such as voice mail, contact centers, reporting software, etc.
Does IE store parts and phones for hardware replacement? If so, what is the SLA?
There are a couple of options to achieve the outcome of timely parts replacement. IE can store customer provided spare parts at the IE HQ location. As a replacement is needed, if a part is available in the customers inventory, IE will ship the part to the location and schedule a technician to make the replacement. Spare part inventory is owned by the customer and up to the customer to maintain. IE will manage the inventory. Part shipping is best effort and length of time for parts to be received depends on the location they are being sent to. Another option is to purchase parts replacement from the manufacture. IE will initiate and manage the parts replacement with the vendor.
Will IE provide help desk for end users?
IE's service is an administrative solution for the systems and not a help desk for end users. IE can include end user support with the solution, but it can add significant cost to the service.
